Road improvements/hi rise hotels?

Does anyone know whether any of the planned improvements to roads include Avda. Desidrio Rodgrigues?
I see that the proposal to build hi rise hotels has been agreed at local level. One of the proposed sites is Playa Los Naufragos - are they talking about the area of waste ground facing the beach?

Apparently they still need to get the Valencian government to agree to it so could be hopefully many years away! and hopefully they do not use that spare ground you are on about Wendetg as i have a apartment just along that road. Said in one of the freebies that the high rises will be away from the sea front. will have to wait and see what happens!.
